Warranty Policy

One-year repair or replacement

Unless a product page states otherwise, the warranty lasts one year from delivery. Eligible product defects qualify for repair or replacement after customer service and the manufacturer confirm coverage.

You pay shipping to return the device. For an approved warranty claim, we pay to ship the repaired or replacement device back to you.

Exclusions

Coverage excludes loss, theft, fire, moisture or liquid damage, misuse, negligence, impact, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and installation of another manufacturer’s firmware. Paid repair may be available for excluded damage; the customer pays repair charges and shipping both ways.

Email doobfaraki034@gmail.com with the seller’s name, the item code printed underneath the device, its MAC address and serial number, and clear photos or video showing the problem. Contact us before sending your device so we can confirm the next steps.
