Processing and delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping is available internationally to most countries and regions, subject to the options offered for your destination.

• Domestic express: estimated delivery 3–7 days after dispatch, normally through UPS or FedEx.
• International economy: estimated delivery 5–9 days after dispatch, normally through UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Delivery estimates depend on the destination and selected service. Contact us when ordering if a particular carrier or delivery method is unsuitable.

Shipping charges

Charges depend on the service, products, quantities, package weight and destination. We confirm applicable shipping charges with your quote before you order. Selected products may qualify for free shipping. Carrier rates, discounts and fuel charges can change, so otherwise similar orders may have different shipping costs.
